The former governor was granted bail on self recognition, while his two sons, Aminu and Mustapha, and their alleged accomplice, Wada Abubakar, were ordered to pay the sum of N25 Million each.
However, Justice Gabriel Kolawole ordered Lamido to surrender all his travelling documents to the Deputy Chief Registrar of the court.
They were further asked to provide two sureties, one of whom must be a civil servant not below grade level 16.
