Although Nigeria gained partial independence from Britain on October 1, 1960, it was not totally independent until 1963 when the Declaration of Independence was signed, according to Wikipedia.
The cake depicts Nigeria at 55, coat-of-arms and a state-by-state map. Very beautiful but too little to go round the nearly 180 million Nigerians lol.
