Eder scored the only goal of the game in the second half of extra-time (109) with a low 25-yard strike.
Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo, 31, unfortunately had a major setback during the game when his knee was injured near the beginning of the match. He tried to continue on, but was eventually carried off the field in a stretcher.
