The theft case against the ex-boyfriend to actress Toyin Aimakhu was before Mrs. A. J. Atunwa at Roseline Omotosho Court House in GRA Ikeja. The magistrate admitted the accused on bail, with two sureties who have N2 million in their account, and property in Ikeja area of Lagos.
Egbegbe pleaded not guilty. The case has been adjourned to February 8, 2017
