The mall which is located in the heart of the State capital will be the first of its kind in the State.
The Governor of the state Okezie Ikpeazu took time off his tight schedules on Wednesday to take a final look at the mall. Mr Ikpeazu was taken round by top management team of the company.
The mall has taken two years to complete.
