BREAKING: Orubebe to face Code of Conduct Tribunal next month

Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Orubebe will be arraigned before the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) on Monday, November 9.

Orubebe is being charged over false declaration of assets in 2007 and 2011, and allegedly receiving over N70 million bribe from different people.

A four-count charge was filed on behalf of the Attorney General of the Federation by Peter Danladi of the Code of Conduct Bureau on October 8.

Ibraheem Al-hassan, CCT spokesperson, reportedly confirmed that a charge was pending against Orubebe before the tribunal.

He disclosed that summons was served on Orubebe on Thursday, October 29.
