Obamas celebrate #Halloween at the White House

Obama greets a toddler dressed as the pope and riding in a ''Popemobile as the U.S. president hands out treats to children trick-or-treating at the annual Halloween party on Friday October 30 at the White House.

"Top Prize!" President Barack Obama declared of the petite pontiff, who was being pushed around in his own mini-Popemobile that caught the President's eyes.
