The chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Danladi Umar has adjourned the Senate President, Bukola Saraki's trial to November 5 and 6. The adjournment followed the pending judgment of the appeal court on the trial of Saraki.

According to Vanguard, Tribunal rejected the application which Saraki made through his lawyer, Mahmud Magaji, SAN to adjourn his trial indefinitely.
