Is Olamide suppose to be in this concert (London) on this date?

I thought Olamide is eligible to vote as a citizen of Nigeria in the forth coming Presidential Election which be held on February 14, 2015... Just yesterday I posted a picture where the Rapper stood side-by-side with the APC VP candidate, Prof. Osinbajo (see here)
