Blue Ivy turned three-years-old on yesterday, January 7 2014 and her mom, Beyonce celebrated her little Queen with a Frozen-themed birthday bash. She shared the photo on Instagram of an ice sculpture in the shape of a snowflake. The frigid cold decorative item reads "Happy Birthday Blue" in dark ink and is erected beside a large balloon shaped in the number three. Happy Birthday Blue!
