The 33-year-old Iron Man 3 star tied the knot with the actor in Saugerties on Saturday, celebrating with stars including David Blaine, who performed magic tricks at the reception.
The pair first met while co-starring in a Broadway production of Machinal in 2014 but have kept their romance out of the spotlight.
It comes over a year after the 33-year-old split from Skyfall director Sam Mendes.
The pair became an item in 2011 after his marriage to Kate Winslet fell apart.
They first met on the set of 2006 movie Starter for 10, which he executive produced.
