BREAKING: Hollande declares 3 days of national mourning in France after Paris attacks

French president has blamed Islamic State group for Paris attacks while addressing the nation Saturday morning at theBataclan concert hall. He declared 3 days of national mourning, putting security on highest level and said the attacks were 'act of war' by Islamic State jihadists.

Earlier before, Hollande had declared a state of emergency throughout the country and closed its borders following a string of terrorist attacks. Speaking outside the Bataclan concert hall  Hollande said the attacks were "an abomination and a barbaric act"
