The former Senate President and lawmaker representing Benue South Senatorial District, David Mark's election has been nullified by the Court of Appeal sitting in Makurdi, Benue state.
The court has ordered a rerun within 90 days.
Mark’s victory at the polls was challenged by Daniel Onjeh, candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC).
The election, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was upheld in October by the National and State assembly petition tribunal sitting in Markudi.
