Buhari swears in 16 of the 18 new permanent secretaries in Abuja

President Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Chief of Staff Abba Kyari, SGF Babachir David Lawal, Acting Head of Civil Service Winifred Oyo-Eta and NSA to the President Major General Babagana Monguno as President sworn-in new permanent secretaries on Thursday at the presidential Villa in Abuja.
