I will address my certificate issue by 9am today - Buhari

In a few hours (9am today) from now the APC presidential candidate Gen Buhari will address all controversies surrounding his academic certificates at a press conference in Kano, according to the Director of the APC's Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu.
