Funny Nigerians! Nigeria No 1 comedian Alibaba CFR wrote on instagram that people showed up en mass at his residence after seeing the address on his PVC he instagrammed on Monday January 2 2015. According to the comedian, he said, he only posted the PVC to encourage them to go collect theirs (PVCs) in order for them to be able to exercise their civic and constitutional duty.
