Moses: I'm delighted to join West Ham on loan after signing new deal with Chelsea

West Ham have completed the signing of Chelsea winger Victor Moses on a season-long loan, after signing a new four-year deal with the Blues.

Moses took to his Twitter account posted the photo above with the message, ''Delighted to sign a new deal at Chelsea and now looking forward to a good season with West Ham''.

The 24-year-old Nigerian player has spent the last two seasons on loan at Liverpool and Stoke City and has now made the move to Slaven Bilic's side for the rest of the campaign.
