Buhari declares open two-day ministerial retreat in Abuja

President Muhammadu Buhari speaks while declaring open a two-day Ministerial Retreat on Thursday at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, charged the 36 minister-designates to avoid wastage and impunity while in office.

President Buhari called on the ministers-designates to be change agents and work as a team to achieve his administration's dream for Nigeria. He also asked them to use the office of his chief of staff as official communication Channel inline with the presidential system of government.

The retreat started on Wednesday and will end November 6.
