Buhari: We can't lift ban on ATM card; No firm intelligence where Chibok girls are #PMBMediaChat

Nigerian President Buhari says Wednesday his administration can not afford to lift the ban on the use of ATM card abroad because the country does not have money and also because some people are using it to steal money abroad.

On Finances:
''We are very badly stretched but our priorities are correct. We need power, roads.''

On Economy:
''You can not  manage the country if you can't secure it.''

On Forex:
''Our priority is for our local industries.''

On Subsidy:
''Our priority now is to get our refineries working.''

On Zaria Shiites:
''To be fair to both sides we have to wait for the inquiry.''

On Chibok girls:
''There is no firm intelligence where they are.''

On Corruption
''I will defend the constitution. I swore by the Quran. No one will be above the law.''
