Goodluck Jonathan speaks while appearing as a guest at the Presidential Precinct in Virginia USA where he gave a lecture on Democratic leadership on Wednesday.

The 58-year-old Nigerian Former President who conceded victory to President  Buhari after the presidential election, spent nearly a week, November 8-13 at Precinct, having discussions with academic, government and business leaders and sharing his experiences with local experts.
