The record deal which was executed by Nigerian raised, American Music Executive Efe Ogbeni (Grace, Red One) who is also partners with Nicki Minaj on Parker Ighile‘s project, and facilitated by Davido’s manager Kamal Ajoboye, is the BIG reason why Davido’s sophomore album, The B.A.D.D.E.S.T was pushed back in 2015.
Present at the signing were Davido, Adewale Adeleke, Efe Ogbeni, Kamal Ajiboye, Joel Katz (Number-One-ranked entertainment attorney) and Adam Granite (VP of Sony Music International)
After keeping his fans waiting for the great news, the 23-year-old singer took twitter and wrote, ''Thank God! Just signed my deal with @sonymusicglobal. He added on Instagram, ''I want to thank God!
