Sylvia Nduka, Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (World) 2011 has joined the league of property owners in Park View.

Sources told SDK, the former beauty queen recently purchased a mansion in Park view estate worth billions of naira and had a quiet house warming party on December 26,2015.
