The 26-year-old Watford striker, has been in top form this season, scoring 14 times in 20 Premier League appearances so far.
''I don't think I will be moving but I’m not sure I could say no if United called. They were my team growing up,'' the Nigeria international said. ''I loved watching Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke. They were my idols and playing at Old Trafford has always been a dream.''
Ighalo has been linked with moves to Roma and Atletico Madrid, but he has now said he would only be interested in a transfer to Old Trafford.
Watford are currently in ninth place on the table, with 29 points, 12 clear of relegation places.
