Jonathan shows off his SCLC presidential award

Former Nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan is the first African leader to be honored with the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) Presidential Award since it was founded by the late American Civil Right leader, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, in January 1957.

The award was given to him this week in Atlanta, Georgia USA in recognition of his leadership in advancing human rights, social justice and the fight for universal freedom.
