The embattled National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh pictured Tuesday morning while arriving from Kuje Prison to the Federal High Court Abuja by the officials of Nigerian Prison Service in a handcuff in his hand amid tight security.

According to reports, even with all the billions of dollars former NSA Sambo Dasuki stole and distributed he was never brought in handcuff.
