Through death penalty, amputation of limps, prevailing corruption in Nigeria can be tackled - Lawmaker

The minority whip of the House of Representatives, Honourable Yakubu Barde, has said that through death penalty and amputation of limps, the prevailing corruption in the country can be tackled. He said it’s only when the penalty becomes grievous that people can see it as a serious offence.
