Leonardo DiCaprio wins lawsuit against French Magazine claiming he was having baby with Rihanna

Titanic actor Leonardo DiCaprio has won a lawsuit against a French magazine Oops! which falsely claimed Rihanna was having his baby and that he didn't want to be its father, Gossip Cop reported.

The French Mag will pay 8,000 Euros (approximately $8,800) in damages and legal fees.

Frederic Truskolaski, an owner of Oops admitted to the publication that ''we didn’t know'' if Rihanna was pregnant. ''We thought she might be. We were not sure, of course.''

The court found that Oops violated France’s strict right to privacy act. ''We were totally expecting this decision, since in France when any magazine speaks about a celebrity’s private life the magazine is automatically condemned,'' Frederic added.
