Truck bomb kills at least 54 and 200 wounded in Baghdad's Sadr City

At least 54 people have been killed and 200 others injured after a refrigerated truck packed with explosives blew up in a crowded market in Sadr City, a Shiite district in northeastern Baghdad Thursday morning August 13, Iraq officials said.

No one has claimed responsibility for the latest attacks.
