In the coming days, President Muhammadu Buhari will announce officially his plans on the amnesty grant for Boko Haram which he has concluded after discussions between government negotiators and Boko Haram terrorists have reached a fairly advanced stage, Breaking Times reported.
''I can authoritatively tell you that the issue has gone beyond a plan, President Buhari has concluded on the issue, granted approvals and it will be announced soon,'' a top presidential source told
